Examination Application

The next examination will take place on 25 and 27 February 2025. Application is open until 10 February 2025 11:59 PM CET.

Before you decide to participate in the exam, it is recommended to look at the document “Schedule I and II (Skills & Competences)” to try and identify if/where you have any gaps in knowledge. Furthermore, it is advised to look at the ‘Exam case studies and questions’, providing some examples from previous exams. These are all available on the Documentation page.

Prepare before you start filling in the application form to enrol for the examination. The form cannot be saved during the process. It is recommended that you yourself prepare the employment letter confirming your work experience and then print it on company letterhead and have it signed. Have this letter plus your CV and any other relevant documents (e.g. company registration when you have your own business) ready for uploading before you start.

The examination fee is EURO 100. A request to pay together with an invoice will be sent after the application has been reviewed to determine if the candidate is eligible to sit the examination, and the candidate has been accepted for enrolment for the examination. Please note that it is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the exam registration fee is paid by the due date. Participation in the examination is a personal service to the candidate. According to Dutch tax law, Dutch tax then applies. For compliance reasons neither the company name nor any VAT number are displayed on the invoice. The invoice will only be sent to the applicant and not to any third party who may be paying the invoice or reimbursing the applicant. The ISBQPIP will not provide any further services in order to facilitate payments, such as registration in vendor systems, requesting PO numbers, submitting invoices via payment systems, etc. 

Please note:

1. You are expected to use your own databases/tools for the exam. If you don't have access to the databases/tools you would like to use, please let us know asap and we will try to arrange this for you. 
2. The examination will be in English. Databases/tools with English interfaces should be used. Answers comprising interface labels such as search fields in a language other than English will not be marked.
3. During the examination you need to have a webcam built-in or connected to your computer. The webcam will be used to take photos at random intervals in order to prevent fraudulent behaviour. Without photos your exam part(s) will not be marked.

Candidates who participated in one or more of the previous exams and want to re-take the parts that they didn't pass, will see an option to re-register in their personal dashboard. You won't need to provide the details and documentation again that is requested in the application form for new candidates. Login to the QPIP website with your personal exam credentials and click on the APPLY button in your dashboard.

Please make sure that you SELECT THE RIGHT TIME ZONE in which you take the examination!

If you don't get a response to your application within a couple of days, then please first check your spam filter. If it is captured by your spam filter, make sure that @qpip.org is put on a whitelist to avoid missing further messages. If you can't find anything in your spam filter, then please contact us at info@qpip.org so we can check if you should have received something and resend it to you.
